Finance director

Sue Milnes joined us in 2014. A professionally qualified senior finance leader, she has more than twenty years’ experience in both commercial and public sectors.

Sue started her career in social housing in 2004 as Head of Finance with Leeds West Homes ALMO and joined Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association in 2007 as Finance Director.

Sue’s key skills are the provision of first class financial services, organising projects from inception to final implementation and providing support to achieve business objectives for the effective delivery of social housing.
