Tom joined Inclusions board in 2018. Tom’s has 18 years intensive experience in the property sector, with a broad range of experience across residential, commercial, leisure and overseas.
Tom brings strong understanding and experience in property investment and funding, with a track record of structuring and sourcing private equity investment. Tom is currently Director of Ice Cubed Property Finance and Ice Cubed Consulting providing independent property finance brokerage and property/investment consultancy.
Tom is an Inclusion Homes CIC Director and a member of group Risk & Audit Committee.
