June joined Inclusion in October 2015. She began her career in social housing and has more than 30 years’ experience in a variety of senior management roles within local authorities and housing associations.
June also has considerable experience in commissioning and inspecting adult residential care schemes. As well as being qualified to teach at further education establishments up to degree level she was employed by Project North East as a consultant delivering training and development to the third sector. Before retiring in 2015, June was the Regional Director for the national homeless charity Crisis. June has held trustee positions and sat on a number of boards in a variety of sectors including housing organisations and business membership organisations.
June is also an Inclusion Foundation Trustee and a member of the group Governance & Remuneration Committee.
